Research finished.This research examines the role of space in political mobilization in two different geographical, cultural and political contexts in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem on three interrelated levels: governance, civil society, and everyday life of residents. The research is a comparative ethnography of community gardens in Israel and uses multiple qualitative methodologies. Findings will be used, among other things, for policy recommendations and for better practices of civil organizations
